- Develop excellent quality code following established engineering practices and ensure delivery on time.
- Provide mentoring via mobbing, pairing, building, and code review.
- Prepare test case documents and perform Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and System Testing/E2E Testing.
- Proactively monitor and provide support & maintenance to the Automation as per the established support agreement.
- Get actively involved in Training and exchanging information.
- Drive implementation of DevOps practices and tools in the team.
- Look for improvement opportunities beyond stated problems and propose solutions by collaborating, bringing to bear standard methodologies, and making use of available data.
- Participate in Agile or equivalent ceremonies applicable to the execution framework.
- With mentorship from your leader, develop an understanding of the organization’s strategy, applicable high-level initiatives, and relate how your work links with the operational plans.
- Perform other job-related duties and special projects/proof of concepts as required.
- Actively participate in Organizational & Team level initiatives.
Adhere to Principal Information Security Policy and Compliance requirements.
