- Assist customers with international travel bookings, reservations, and itinerary planning.
- Handle flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and travel-related inquiries.
- Provide accurate information regarding travel policies, visa requirements, baggage regulations, and airline services.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with airlines, travel partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless travel experiences.
